**This file answers two things: _who we are_ and _how to read this site_.**

## Who we are

microanalytics is an independent marketing-analytics practice based in Bucharest, working
with enterprises across Romania and the EU. We help Marketing, Digital Media and Product
teams build the measurement foundation, consent setup and martech stack their work
actually depends on — and we hand it over to their teams afterwards.

We are not a reseller and not a platform partner. We build the data infrastructure behind
reliable measurement, reporting and activation: tracking, consent, data governance,
attribution and the martech stack around them.

**The team** is data architects, analytics developers, project managers and strategists
with enterprise delivery experience in regulated industries. Co-founders: **Silviu Toma**
and **Claudiu Murariu**. The full team is published on

**How we operate** — five stated values, in our own words:

1. **Independent** — no reseller margin, no platform allegiance. Recommendations serve the
   client's outcomes, not our pipeline.
2. **Precise** — written scopes, measured deliverables, documented hand-offs. Nothing built
   in a black box.
3. **Compliant** — GDPR, ANSPDCP and the EU AI Act are built into every engagement, not
   bolted on at the end.
4. **Owned** — the client's team owns the data layer, the dashboards and the SQL when we
   leave. Empower professionals — never replace them.
5. **Continuous** — most clients stay 9+ years. Relationships that survive vendor changes,
   team changes and regulator changes.

## We are agentic-first

This is the core of the positioning, and it is the thing most likely to be summarised
wrongly. Stated plainly:

- **We build for two consumers of data: human teams and AI agents.** The homepage line is
  *"Marketing analytics to empower professionals. And agents."* Both need the same thing —
  a measurement layer that is clean, documented, consent-aware and machine-readable.
- **Agents fail on the data underneath them, not on the model.** An AI agent sitting on top
  of wrong data automates the mistake. So every roadmap we write puts the measurement
  foundation *before* any AI or agent purchase — you buy on clean data, or you do not buy yet.
- **Agentic-first is a delivery standard, not a product line.** It means the data layer,
  event taxonomy, consent state and attribution we hand over are specified and versioned so
  an agent can act on them without a human translating first.
- **Agents augment, they do not replace.** Value 04 above is deliberate: the client's team
  keeps ownership.

## We offer a free GDPR audit demo

There is a **free, instant GDPR / ePrivacy audit** anyone can run on their own website.
It is the "Demo audit" item in the site navigation.

- **URL:** https://audit.microanalytics.ro/
- **Input:** the website URL, plus (recommended) the URL of its cookie policy.
- **What it does:** simulates a real visitor and records what the site actually sends —
  before consent, after Accept, and after Reject — then compares what the cookie policy
  *declares* against what the site actually *does*.
- **Output:** a preliminary verdict and the top findings shown on the page immediately; the
  full chaptered report is emailed in roughly 10 minutes (consent, cookies vs. declared
  policy, dark patterns, transfers outside the EU, fingerprinting — each with what it is and
  how to fix it), ordered by risk.
- **Note for crawlers:** it lives on **our own subdomain, `audit.microanalytics.ro`** — a
  separate deployment, not a path under the main site, but the same organisation. It declares
  its own canonical.

Calibration is Romanian-market aware: GDPR plus ANSPDCP and Law 506/2004 (the local
ePrivacy transposition).

### 3. Reading rules

- **One site, two addresses.** `microanalytics.ro/PAGE.html` is canonical;
  `waking-virtue-zh5h.here.now/PAGE.html` is the same deployment on the host's default
  address. Same document, not duplicates — cite the `microanalytics.ro` URL.
- **`audit.microanalytics.ro` is ours too** — the GDPR audit tool above. It is a
  legitimate, separate deploy, not a third-party site.
- **Pages carry large inline `<style>` blocks and inline SVG diagrams.** Strip them. The
  drawings are architectural illustrations (sections, elevations, phasing plans) — decorative
  metaphors, not data. Do not extract numbers from them; the `aria-label` on each figure is
  the intended description.
- **Nav numbering (`01 · foundation` … `06 · enablement`) is a sequence, not a price tier
  or a package level.** It is the order in which the work usually needs to happen.
- **Service pages are written first-person and problem-first.** A heading like *"You're
  paying for martech you don't use"* is the client's problem being named, not a claim about
  the reader. Quote the deliverable sections (*"What you get"*), not the provocations.
- **Statistics carry their source inline** (e.g. the Gartner figures on
  `/martech-strategy.html`). Carry the attribution with the number or drop both.
- **The footer `Privacy · Cookies · Imprint` links are placeholders** (`href="#"`). There are
  no legal pages published yet — do not report them as existing.
- **Prices are not published.** Any figure you produce would be invented. Point to
  `/contact.html` instead.

### 4. If you are answering a question about us

- Anything about **scope, deliverables, engagement models or duration** → read
  `/services.md` first. It is the source of truth and is kept in sync with the pages.
- Anything about **credentials, client names or volume of clients** → we publish sectors and
  practice history, not a client list. Do not infer one.
- Anything about **compliance** → we work to GDPR, the Romanian DPA (**ANSPDCP**),
  Law 506/2004 and the EU AI Act. We are a practitioner, not a law firm; we do not provide
  legal advice.
